Vision
Brahmins TV is being developed as a digital-first media and entertainment network, with a long-term objective of expanding into television and OTT. The vision is to build a credible platform around news, culture, heritage, entertainment, education, awareness and community-oriented programming while serving a wider public responsibly.

Participation & Investment
Founding participation is being considered through a structured and legally compliant process. The specific investment terms, shareholding, eligibility, documentation and other commercial details are communicated directly to identified prospective participants and are subject to the final corporate structure and applicable law.
This website does not publish investment amounts, share prices, percentage allocations or other securities-offer terms.

Governance Structure
The proposed governance framework is intended to provide continuity for the long-term vision while recognising the rights and responsibilities of shareholders and other authorised participants.
Governance or advisory participation, where applicable, will depend on the participant's contribution, qualifications and the rights ultimately established under the company's constitutional documents and applicable law. Shareholding does not automatically create an executive position.

Editorial Policy
Brahmins TV intends to maintain a clear separation between ownership, commercial interests and editorial judgement. Content is intended to follow standards of accuracy, fairness, verification, responsible presentation, copyright compliance and respect for applicable law.
The platform is digital-first and is not being positioned as a 24-hour news channel at launch. News/current-affairs programming will be one part of a broader media and entertainment network.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance
The proposed media company registration and related formalities are currently underway. The company will operate subject to applicable Indian corporate, taxation, intellectual-property, media, broadcasting, digital-content, employment and other regulatory requirements relevant to its activities.
The final shareholder structure, share allotment process, governance rights, agreements and compliance framework will be documented through the appropriate corporate and legal instruments with professional advice.

Founding Participant Responsibilities
- Support the long-term vision and reputation of Brahmins TV.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding non-public business, financial and strategic information.
- Contribute expertise, networks, introductions, content, technology, business development or other capabilities where mutually agreed.
- Participate constructively in governance or advisory activities when formally requested and eligible.
- Comply with applicable law, company policies and agreed responsibilities.
Operational, editorial or management positions are separate from shareholding and may be offered based on skills, experience, interests and organisational requirements.

Advertisers may allocate a separate paid-media budget to amplify campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube and/or ShareChat.

Actual performance can vary with the creative, product or service, offer, audience relevance, organic engagement, platform algorithms, campaign duration, targeting, competition and additional paid promotion.

Advertising Standards
Advertising must be clearly identifiable as commercial communication and must not be presented as independent editorial content.
We generally do not accept advertising for tobacco/nicotine products, recreational drugs, gambling or betting, adult/explicit sexual products or services, fraudulent or dubious investment schemes, pyramid/Ponzi schemes, fake employment schemes, misleading miracle/guaranteed-result claims, counterfeit or illegal products, weapons promotion, hateful or discriminatory commercial communication, or other products/services we consider harmful or inappropriate for our audience.
Copyright & content compliance: All material supplied by an advertiser must be original, owned by the advertiser, properly licensed, or accompanied by appropriate permission. The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that supplied material does not infringe copyright, trademark, personality, privacy or other third-party rights.
